We really do have some awesome examples of craftsman architecture in Monrovia. For me that is one of the big drawing cards even if I don’t live in one. They are something to behold.
Glad things are in place for the homeowners to preserve them all.
Beautiful house. When I lived in Monrovia, I rented a tiny cabin at 137 E Scenic Dr. It was just at the base of the mountain and deer would come right up to the back door. I see that it has been torn down and a huge mansion stands there now.
