Can you tell the grass is fake?

I stopped by the future retail area in the middle of Colorado Commons and thought the grass looked a little too perfect…I suppose this is a good solution where you want to save water….but, oh, it just doesn’t feel the same…

That is an interesting way to save water and keep the homeowner association dues down a bit.
A lot of ‘green homes’ are doing the fake grass. It not only cuts down on water usage, always stays nice, but doesn’t attract bugs or allergens.
