I’ve never seen a soul enter or leave this place. It sits on the edge of Old Town, quietly beseeching someone to come in.

Back in the early 1980s it was a half&half business … half insurance office and half law office. Now, the only time people are there is on Sunday for worship services. The City hopes to work an agreement ( which may already be in place) to use the parking lot for the new library, except on Sundays, of course, when the church will use the lot and the library will be closed. By the way, the steel girders for the new library building are being placed this week. Kind of exciting to see.

I used to see the Bartletts going there on Sunday.
