Walked around Claremont village yesterday and saw the light hitting the letters on the Lanz Building just right. It’s my favorite “out-of-town” spot to visit. Not as crowded as Pasadena, and lots of big trees arching over the streets. I wish Monrovia had more big trees.

Trees? who needs trees when you can have greedy developers and box stores and glad handing politicians?
