In the Bowden style, tear down the bungalows and put up 12 to 18 poorly constructed condos.
OMG…they need to get historical landmark designation to preserve them.
My favorite bungalows are “Harding Court” right at Foothill and California. Tiny, 600 sq ft 2br and very classic California Bungalow with Craftsman touches. They got their designation and are preserved.
