Night Shot from Fiesta Weekend

I’ve got a little bit of Carnie in me…and am a sucker for a great photo that captures the mood. I stumbled upon Fiesta Weekend last year and enjoyed walking around. The magic really comes out at night, however, as you can see in this fab photo.

Monrovia Library bookstore open for business!

They are just getting started but if you like used paperbacks this is the place to go! The library store will also take donations of your used books. They also need volunteers. And for those of you who like a portion of their purchases to go to charity, all of the Friends of the Library money raised from their book sales and memberships will go directly to the library in the form of programs, materials, and services.
